Do you have difficulty receiving newsletters (like Cool News) and other content to which you have subscribed?
|
Other: Your e-mails come highlighted in blue, which is the first indication of spam. Although I can still open it. Is there a link on your e-mails that allow me to put address in my address book?
Other: no, but i have to go into my spam filter to release it. but it only takes 5 seconds...
Other: soemtimes we get t he newsletters but none of the links work
Other: Sometimes but I can whitelist waht I really want
Other: rarely
Other: very seldom
Other: Not really, BUT the Window XP Service Pack 2 automatically blocks the images on your newsletter, and all others. I *don't* reset that because I don't want other spammers reading my system. Therefore, your newsletter is always "messed up" - you might as well just revert to Text Only to avoid this!!
Other: Not yet, but expect it to happen with my Company
Other: now getting Cool News on Yahoo because spam filters recently began blocking it. I could get a supervisor to unblock it; however, that opens Cool News up to send email to everyone within the State of Minnesota email system. As I may easily be the only Marketer of note in the 55,000 State employees........ain't gonna happen.;......so I switched you to yahoo.
Other: Initially, but I review the spam and send our IT people the addresses to allow.
Other: Rarely
Other: I have to second click to get the pictures/graphics, that's all.
Other: Not after I put them on my safelist
Other: I do receive "Cool News" without a problem.
