Other: We're a small company with an IT vendor. They've been pretty successful at managing our filters but it needs constant vigilance.

Other: The stuff that really bothers me is the Viagra, drugs, mortgage spam that no matter what will keep coming. Legitimate mailers follow CAN-SPAM, but these guys will never follow the "rules".

Other: Outlook Spam Filters are working well, BUT, they don't except foreign characters. So foreign spam is getting through! And "Viagra" spam, changing the "i" to a foreign character. Very annoying.
Other: when i want to sign up for newsletters, i make sure to uncheck the mktg box and have been fairly successful keeping it at bay
